The following TOU apply to this kit.

1. You may use it to create websets, tags, or similar items.  You can even sell these items

2. YOU MAY NOT SHARE THIS KIT, THE MONEY I MAKE PAYS FOR THE MATERIALS TO GO INTO THE NEXT
ONE I MAKE.

3. Tutorials may be written with this kit but please email me the link so that I can see
them and put them on my site to show it off.  I can be emailed on kmadezigns@btinternet.com

4. I had fun creating this kit so you have fun creating with it.

5. If using PTU artist with this kit please respect their TOU and copyrights.

6. A linkback to kit is not required but is appreciated.

7. Did I say have fun ;)

8. Do NOT alter file names or claim these as your own creations, this is a major NOOOO!!!!!



Commercial use  

You MAY use this product in part or whole to create layouts for scrapbook, online galleries, and contests.

You MAY create elements to sell in scrapbook kits or packs.


You MAY NOT redistribute this product, in part or whole, in any way. This includes cd/dvd, graphic collections, email, group or website links.

This product is NOT for re-sale in any way except within a scrap kit if brads or stickers, other than that no re-sale in original format.  It may not be resold as is in an element pack.

Terms Of Use

You may sell what you make with these graphics in a FLATTENED image but you can not sell the clipart as is.

This means you can sell it in scrap kits made into papers, stickers, etc but you can't add the original png or jpg image to your kit. Please do NOT sell them in uncustomised sigs, avatars, psp tubes or formats where transparent as per primilicious TOU.

Please do not credit me with this clipart but give credit as below in Primilicious TOU.
